The YouTuber Fewnity is known on the net thanks to ports (versions adapted from one system to another) of games, which has already worked on projects such as adapting the mobile games Planet Run 2 to the portable PlayStation Vita console, or Flappy Bird to the Nintendo DS console.
Now the YouTuber reveals to us the ambitious project he has been working on for the past year - the competitive shooting game Counter Strike in a version adapted to the portable Nintendo DS console.
The mobile version created by the YouTuber is not exactly considered a port, which means that Fewnity did not necessarily use the source files of Counter Strike (intended for the personal computers) and adapted them to the DS console, but built a new version of the shooting game from the ground up.
Fewnity noted that his version includes the most iconic map of the game - Dust 2 (in the legendary and classic 1.6 version) and players can play in single player mode against bots or in online mode in a network with friends or random players.

The YouTuber also managed to create a version for the portable PlayStation Vita console, and managed to enable cross play between it and the Nintendo DS - so he was able to run an exclusive game for the computer, on both Sony and Nintendo mobile consoles.
Absolutely entertaining absurdity.
The YouTuber has released the latest version of the game and offered it for download, and curious players who own a Nintendo DS console can download it by clicking here.
Like quite a few such projects in the gaming world, the question "why is it good" boils down mainly to two answers:
because it's possible, and because it's cool.
