In Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, a contestant tells an embarrassing teenage story.

Günther Jauch can keep up and talks about his own youthful sins.

With a nasty trick, 100 dollars were tricked out of him.

On Monday evening, Robin Romahn (32) sits in the quiz chair opposite Günther Jauch (66) on “Who wants to be a millionaire?”.

He confidently answers even the trickiest questions and demonstrates an amazing general knowledge.

The million-dollar contender entertains much more with a faux pas from the teenage years.

"Who wants to be a millionaire?" candidate falls for easy women

At the age of 19, Romahn traveled to Hamburg with some buddies.

Some of his friends wanted to see a musical, but he preferred to save the money.

Instead, he and a friend went to a bar, where they were promptly approached by two young women.

They asked for champagne, which the boys were happy to hand out.

"It can't be that expensive," the two youngsters thought.

Today Robin Romahn knows how green he was back then.

Each of them ended up getting their own bottle of champagne.

"When women sit next to you, you have to be generous," says Günther Jauch understandingly.

Günther Jauch was also ripped off

It wasn't until one of the women offered to take a look at her navel piercing that the teenager found the situation Spanish.

He immediately asked for the bill, but then the shock came: the two boys were supposed to pay 483 euros.

Robin Romahn has kept the receipt to this day - a souvenir of an unexpectedly expensive evening.

His buddy didn't have a bank card with him - Robin Romahn finally had to shell out more than 400 euros on his own.

Günther Jauch immediately has to think of his own story from his youth.

When the Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? contestant was in New York at 16, he tried his luck on the side of the road with a shell player.

The crooks ripped off 100 euros from today's moderator.

"After that I thought to myself, 'I'll show them,'" says Günther Jauch.

He went to look for a police patrol.

However, they would only have looked at him bored,

"according to the motto, how can you be so stupid?"

At least both Günther Jauch and Robin Romahn will have learned from their mistakes.

They probably won't fall for rip-offs that quickly anymore.
