A 30-year-old pedestrian was killed tonight (between Thursday and Friday) after being hit by a vehicle on Route 65 near Ara.
MDA teams arrived at the scene, identified the man on the side of the road and had to determine his death.
An emergency medical medic on an MDA motorcycle, Khaled Diab, said: "We saw a 30-year-old man on the side of the road in a ditch lying unconscious, without breathing and without a pulse, he suffered a multi-system injury, we performed medical tests, he had no signs of life and in a short time we had to determine his death."
Earlier tonight, a 23-year-old man was moderately injured after he slipped on a motorcycle at the Nir Galim intersection and hit his head.
MDA medics and paramedics arrived at the scene and evacuated him to Asuta Hospital in Ashdod. In another accident, a 29-year-old woman was moderately injured after a car hit her car. She was taken to the Italian Hospital in Nazareth with an abdominal injury.
Meanwhile, a 57-year-old woman was moderately injured and two were slightly injured in a two-vehicle accident at the Jezreel intersection.
MDA medics and paramedics evacuated the three injured to the Emek Hospital in Afula.
