District/Drößling - The Starnberg Farmers' Association has elected a new board.
There is a successor for district chairman Georg Zankl and a successor for district farmer Anita Painhofer.
After the conclusion of the local branch elections in the Starnberg district branch, the elections at district level took place these days.
District chairman Georg Zankl and district farmer Anita Painhofer invited the newly elected or re-elected local councilors to Drößling.

After 20 years in the office of district farmer, Anita Painhofer no longer stood.
"It was 20 great years and a wonderful time," said Painhofer, looking back on many rural women's days, Advent celebrations, information events and excursions.
She thanked her very much for the appreciation shown to her during this time.
Beatrice Scheitz succeeds Antia Painhofer
Beatrice Scheitz from Andechs, who has gained a lot of experience as Bavarian milk queen over the past three years, was elected the new district farmer.
After Christa Wagner no longer ran for the office of deputy district farmer, Anette Drexl from Schlagenhofen was also replaced here.

Christa Wagner was re-elected as an advisor to the district board of rural women.
Gabriele Bauer from Buch, Elisabeth Plabst from Steinebach and Sabine Urlberger-Wagner from Drößling were also confirmed.
Brigitte Berchtold from Unering was newly elected to the board as the fifth advisory board member.
Georg Holzer from Diemendorf is the new district chairman
There was also a complete change of leadership among the men.
After three electoral terms or after 15 years, district chairman Georg Zankl left office due to age.
He also looked back on many events, campaigns, district farmer days and excursions.
"I really enjoyed doing it and it was a great year, but now the time has come for the young, for something new and to make room for new ideas," said the outgoing district chairman.

As his successor, Georg Holzer from Diemendorf was elected district chairman by the local representatives present.
Deputy district chairman was Thomas Berchtold from Frieding.
Manfred Springer from Wangen and Hans Eirenschmalz from Hochstadt were re-elected as assessors to the district board.
Thomas Sailer from Erling, Florian Seethaler from Perchting, and one of the two local chairmen in the district, Sara Maria Stürzer, were newly elected.
