Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stressed that the United States' attempts to impose its hegemony in every corner of the world are futile and reflect Washington's policy of impunity.

He added that everyone who follows the course of events has become aware of the futility of the policy of turning a blind eye to developments and crises caused by the United States, explaining that "Washington continues its approach based on eliminating any form of self-sufficiency for other countries, and this was evident when it tried to turn Ukraine into a threat to the Union." It ignored the racist policies of the Kyiv regime, which sought to eliminate everything that is Russian in the country, as well as the visit of US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to Taiwan when she ignored the principles she had publicly declared regarding Taiwan and had previously assured everyone of her unwavering commitment to it.
"Washington also violated the principles of indivisible security that it signed at the highest level in the White House and later trampled on them," Lavrov added.
On the relations between Russia and China, Lavrov stressed that the strategic partnership between the two countries constitutes one of the main pillars of the move aimed at strengthening the rule of law in international relations and, above all, the principles of the United Nations Charter, which affirms the sovereign equality of states.
The Russian foreign minister added that the United States violates this principle on a daily basis and everywhere, and this, of course, requires a response and a reaction. New members will join her work.”
