Man beats woman: police use pepper spray, batons and shackles

On Thursday evening, the police in Unterhaching came to the aid of a woman - and was then attacked by the aggressive 45-year-old himself.
Unterhaching – On Thursday evening, the Unterhaching police were informed that a man was attacking a woman in Schrenkstrasse and screaming loudly.
When officers arrived, the information was confirmed.
A 45-year-old resident of Munich tried to run away when he saw the patrol car, according to a police press release.
When the police officers asked the man to stop, the man turned and came toward the officers, screaming and clenching his fists.

One of the two police officers saw himself under pressure and drew his baton.
He also threatened the man with using pepper spray.
The man was then tied up by the police after he had put up massive resistance.
In the meantime, more patrols had arrived to provide support, the police continue to inform.
The suspect man tried to break his bondage with headbutts and spat on the officers.
Unterhaching: Man hit his wife and pulls her hair to the ground
Police investigations revealed that the man had actually hit his wife and pulled her hair to the ground during an earlier argument.
When passers-by came to the woman's help, the 45-year-old became verbally aggressive towards them, but did not attack them.
He then damaged the windshield of a parked car.
The woman was not injured in the incident.
Today he will be brought before an investigating judge to clarify the question of his detention.
The 45-year-old was reported for assault and resistance to law enforcement officials, attempted assault and insult.
