Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov described France as an unfriendly country to Russia.
In response to a question about the absence of contacts between Russian President Vladimir Putin and French Emmanuel Macron, Peskov told reporters today: First, France is an unfriendly country to Russia because of the measures it is taking against us.
Peskov pointed out that despite this, if the need arises, contact can be made between the two parties at any moment.
