Police clear up mystery of bloodied woman screaming in truck

The New Jersey police have apparently solved the mystery of the woman who was seen bloodied and screaming in the cabin of a white truck: she was located after a 26-hour search, she is safe and her story is not as sinister as it initially appeared. .

The investigation began on Wednesday, when a witness reported seeing a bleeding woman and the driver of the vehicle putting her into the truck around 2 in the afternoon on Route 130, according to the South Brunswick Township police report Thursday.

The authorities published recordings of the incident asking for citizen collaboration and managed to locate the vehicle at 5 pm on Thursday.

The truck driver and the woman, in her 50s, are a married couple, Deputy Commissioner Jim Ryan explained to NBC News.

The man stopped the vehicle without warning, according to his testimony, and his wife "fell forward and hit her head," Ryan explained.

“He grabbed her shoulder when he saw her hit her head.

The police enlisted the help of the FBI.
