Telecom operators used to bait the barge with very low prices for their internet boxes.
But over the months, they are less and less generous.
Thus, Ariase notes an increase in average prices of between 2 and 4 euros for entry-level subscriptions, to reach 26.89 euros.
The increase is especially notable on the boxes of SFR and its low cost subsidiary Red and at Sosh.
In detail, the smoothed monthly cost of an entry-level fiber subscription, decoder included, is 24.63 euros at Red by SFR, 24.99 at Sosh, 25.04 euros at SFR, 25.49 euros at Bouygues Telecom 27.53 euros at Free and 32.66 euros at Orange.

The average price of mobile plans is also up by more than 2 euros over two months, to reach 17.17 euros.
After resisting the general rise in prices, the telecoms sector also seems to be entering a phase of price increases.
For consumers, it will no doubt become less and less interesting to change operator in order to seek more attractive prices.
Good news for operators whose unfaithful customers are very expensive.
The slowdown in the price war is also a way for operators, it is also a way out of the infernal spiral in which they have been engaged for several years.
They are all looking to boost their operating margins, in particular to finance their investments in fiber and 5G networks.
