The parties reconvened for a second day of talks in the Austrian capital, in another and probably final effort to reach an understanding and sign a new or improved nuclear agreement.

The Russian ambassador in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, held a series of discussions this morning (Friday), the first of which was with the Iranian representative Ali Bagari Kani, and then went into a meeting with Narakira Mora, the leader of the talks on behalf of the Union.

An Iranian official told a reporter of the Iranian news agency "IRNA" that "these are fateful hours".

The source expressed suspicion about the degree of seriousness of the West, led by the US, in reaching an agreement.

Remember, after months of deadlock, the powers and the Islamic Republic entered into another effort last night to revive the original nuclear agreement.

At the focus of the talks: discussions surrounding the drafts that were passed in recent weeks between the parties.

The regime in Tehran demands the removal of all sanctions on its economy as well as the termination of the investigation by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) regarding a suspicious substance that was allegedly previously found in a number of facilities on the territory of Iran.

Also, in Tehran they demand that the USA remove the Revolutionary Guards from the list of terrorist organizations, something that the White House firmly refuses. The head of the Iranian team is Deputy Foreign Minister Bakri Khani, and the other countries that signed the original nuclear agreement are on the other side: China, Russia, Germany, Great Britain and France, when the US participates in the negotiations "indirectly", and the entire process is overseen by Enrique Mora, who is in charge of the European Union's foreign policy.
