Behind the imposing Art Deco door of the Marie-Curie high school in Sceaux (Hauts-de-Seine) lies an unsuspected treasure and still unknown to the general public.
It is in the basement that it is located, in a maze of dark alleys, where the past vestiges of the school are mainly stored.
It's hard to imagine that, under the classrooms, the cellar houses six passive defense air-raid shelters, a legacy of the interwar period.
