We tested the whipping for one minute, two minutes and three minutes with a button off independently - and we found that three minutes was ideal, with a less stiff foam and a good degree of heat.
The cold whipping produced a forgiving and pleasant foam, even when we pressed the switch off before the end of the whipping - about two minutes later.
