Germering – At the end of June, almost 60 former students and teachers from the Max-Born-Gymnasium met to celebrate the fortieth anniversary of their Abitur.
After a tour of the school building, with the
headmaster
Dr.
Robert Christoph reported interesting and amusing things about everyday school life, the group walked through Germering to the former garden center Dischinger.
The new construction sites at the locations of the City-Galerie and the Grollmus furniture store were just as impressive as the “Kleine Stachus” that has since been completed.
At the finish, Christian Dischinger, himself a graduate of the
1982 Abitur
, greeted his classmates in bright sunshine.
The alumni, who had traveled all the way from the USA, celebrated extensively and took the opportunity to exchange memories late into the night.
