Constrictor sunbathes in the Munich garden – residents alert the fire brigade

Shock in your own garden: In the Milbertshofen am Hart district of Munich, residents encountered a one-meter-long line.
The fire department had to catch the animal.
Munich – Great shock for the residents of a family home in Munich: In their garden they discovered a constrictor about a meter long.
The fire brigade arrived a little later - and was able to quickly give the all-clear.
Munich: Snake discovered on a pile of wood in the garden - the fire brigade is approaching
According to a press release from the Munich fire department, residents came across a brown snake on a pile of wood in their garden on Franz-Metzner-Strasse.
Unable to identify the snake as native, they alerted the fire department.
Animal use: The Munich fire brigade had to take care of a snake a good one meter long.

Arrived at the site in Milbertshofen am Hart, emergency services photographed the animal - and sent it to a colleague who knew reptiles.
He identified the snake as a non-venomous - and harmless to humans - corn snake.
Snake in the garden: the fire brigade starts calling the owner
The fire brigade then took the animal to a reptile sanctuary.
The snake is now waiting there for its owner.
Call from the Munich fire brigade: Anyone who recognizes or misses the snake should report to the reptile sanctuary on Kaulbachstrasse.
