Dozens of Palestinians were injured today as the Israeli occupation forces suppressed a demonstration in the city of Al-Bireh in the West Bank to denounce the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
Wafa news agency reported that the occupation forces attacked the participants in the demonstration, which started from Birzeit University in Ramallah, and fired poison gas canisters at them, causing dozens of suffocation cases.
Hundreds of Palestinian students at Birzeit University demanded during a protest pause earlier today to stop the continuous Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, while hundreds of Palestinians in the cities of Jenin, Ram, Hebron and Nablus in the West Bank yesterday participated in marches and stands in solidarity with the people of the Strip.
