The health authorities in the Russian Federation announced the registration of 19,974 new infections with the emerging coronavirus during the past 24 hours, which is the highest daily rate of infections since last March.
The operations room for combating the outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic stated in a report today that the number of injuries recorded an increase of 12.3 percent from the previous day, noting that 46 deaths were recorded as a result of infection with the epidemic during the past hours, while the number of people recovered from it reached 10,743 people.
The report indicated that the total number of COVID-19 cases has so far reached 18,692,396, of whom 382,697 have died, and a total of 180,30626 people have recovered.
