Deir Ezzor-SANA
Two civilians were wounded by gunfire from the SDF militia linked to the American occupation in the town of Jazarat Al Bu Hamid in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, while they raided the town and attempted to kidnap a number of young men.
Local sources told SANA reporter that "the people of Jazra al-Buhamid town in the western countryside of Deir ez-Zor expelled an armed group affiliated with the (Qasd) militia after gun battles that lasted for about two hours, which ended with the people's control of two militia checkpoints in the town's market."
The sources added: The clashes started against the background of armed militia assaulting a young man while they were trying to arrest him and put him in the forced conscription camps, which led to the injury of two residents and three SDF members.
The sources indicated that the SDF militia brought in large military reinforcements towards the town, which is witnessing security tension, in light of the people's refusal to return this militia to their town.
