According to our information, an individual surrendered to the authorities this Saturday at the start of the afternoon.
The two children, a boy and a girl, were playing in front of a building in the Hauts de Marcouville district around 9:30 p.m. when they were mowed down by an individual riding a motocross.
They were quickly transported to the emergency room in serious condition.
The little girl suffered from a head trauma and was hospitalized at the Necker hospital (Paris XV) in a state of absolute emergency.
The boy was injured in the tibia and transported to the hospital in Amiens, specifies

The motorcycle was recovered by young people from the neighborhood.
The driver immediately fled, before reversing and going to the Cergy police station early Saturday afternoon, a police source informs us.
