Many parties and countries condemned the continuous Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip for the third day in a row, which led to the death of 41 Palestinians, including 15 children, in addition to the injury of more than 311 injuries and massive destruction of infrastructure, homes and properties of Palestinians.
The African Union Commission confirmed in a statement today, carried by the Palestinian Wafa Agency, that the continuation of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip constitutes a flagrant violation of the resolutions of international legitimacy, stressing the Commission's firm support for the Palestinian people and their legitimate right to establish their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
The Pakistani Foreign Ministry considered that the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip represents a model for the continuous Israeli atrocities against the Palestinians for decades, in complete defiance of international human rights laws and international humanitarian law.
The Foreign Ministry called on the international community to assume its responsibilities, stop the escalation, and support the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people by ending the occupation and establishing their independent state on the June 4, 1967 line, with Jerusalem as its capital.
For its part, South Africa called for an urgent halt to the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, stressing in a statement that the continuous Israeli attacks targeting Palestinians, especially children and women, are a flagrant violation of international law, calling on the international community to stop these crimes and end the illegal siege imposed on the Strip.
For his part, Malaysian Foreign Minister Saifuddin Abdullah called on the international community to immediately stop the violations and aggressive acts of the occupation against the Palestinians, considering that the brutality of the occupation represents a blatant disregard for international law.
The Sudanese Foreign Ministry also denounced the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, which constitutes a flagrant violation of international resolutions and covenants, calling on the international community to shoulder its responsibilities in providing international protection for the Palestinian people and to take measures to stop the crimes of the occupation and hold the perpetrators accountable.
