I hitchhiked and came across the TAD parked at the exit of Vétheuil.
“Messages like this, the mayor of Vétheuil receives several a week.
Since the regular bus lines have been replaced by transport on demand (TAD), in this rural area on the borders of Île-de-France and Normandy, users are in despair.
“I no longer know what to do so that we are heard and that my constituents find a little serenity with their means of transport”, confides Dominique Herpin-Poulenat (SE) distraught.
“I feel like we are second-class citizens.
We are the forgotten ones of the TAD!
