A four-room apartment in the "Agrippa Jerusalem" project was sold at a price that would not shame the city continuously • Sivan Hilli, VP of Marketing and Sales: "Most buyers are investors"

Apartment prices in Jerusalem are on the rise and are starting to approach Tel Aviv:

a four-room apartment in the "Agrippa Jerusalem" project of the Carden Real Estate company with a size of 100 square meters + 4 square meters of balcony was sold this week to French non-residents for NIS 3.95 million. The price reflects approx. NIS 40,000 per square meter, without parking and storage.

The "Agripas Jerusalem" project consists of seven-story buildings and is located at the eastern end of Agrippas Street and the corner of Even Israel.

It includes 78 apartments, a commercial floor and a historic brick wall, part of the original building built in the 19th century that was preserved in order to maintain the neighborhood's color alongside the renewal.

The new building was built in the architectural style of Jerusalem-mandatory construction and covered with Jerusalem stone.

Sivan Hilli, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Carden Real Estate:

"This is a luxury project in the heart of Jerusalem. Most of the buyers are investors who will rent the apartments for a short or long term, and we wanted to give them a high-quality product that is highly sought after in the market that will allow them to get the maximum return. Especially Ahead of the holiday season, we recognize a growing interest among buyers looking for a quality property in a central location in Jerusalem that they can rent or live in and experience the city."
