Construction work on the A8: Lanes and the Neubiberg exit are closed

The southern Bavarian autobahn begins on Monday, August 8th, on the A 8 between Munich-Perlach and the Munich-South autobahn junction with the renewal of the roadway in the direction of Salzburg.

The southern Bavarian autobahn begins on Monday, August 8th, on the A 8 between Munich-Perlach and the Munich-South autobahn junction with the renewal of the roadway in the direction of Salzburg.

- The renewal work begins with the milling of the old road, according to a press release.
During the week, two lanes are available in both directions, as before, at the weekend the number of lanes in the direction of Salzburg will be reduced to one lane.
The parallel A 995 is available as an alternative route.
Entry and exit Neubiberg closed
From August 16th to 29th, the entrances and exits in the direction of Salzburg will be closed at the Neubiberg junction.
As work progresses from north to south, sections of the Unterhaching-Ost and Taufkirchen-Ost junctions will also be closed to the Salzburg direction in September and October.
The exact closing dates will be announced in good time.
The work should be completed by the end of October.
