The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates announced that it will start next Monday and Wednesday the first sessions of evaluating candidates for the position of ambassador to the Syrian Arab Republic.
The ministry said in a statement, which SANA received a copy of, that the evaluation sessions will be before a higher committee formed for this purpose, according to the foundations and standards set by the advisory board at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants.
The ministry indicated that after that, a second session will be held for another group of candidates at a date to be determined later, explaining that these evaluation sessions will produce lists of those qualified to run for the post of ambassador to the Syrian Arab Republic.
