The weather forecast for Bavaria does not bring any rain again.
The drought continues, in some regions it will be really hot in the next few days.
Munich/Kitzingen – After last week's heat wave, thunderstorms on Saturday night brought rain, at least in some regions of Bavaria.
In northern Bavaria, where the drought is currently the worst, not much came out of the sky again.
After all, the air cooled down a bit in the entire Free State and brought pleasant maximum values between 23 and 26 degrees.
However, the weather forecast for the next week makes Bayern sweat again.
A high pressure area is approaching.
Weather in Bavaria: High pressure area Oscar causes temperatures to rise again
"The Oscar high pressure area is spreading across Central Europe and is determining the weather in Bavaria with warmed sea air," writes the German Weather Service (DWD) in its forecast.
The Weather Channel
even speaks of "hot air masses" that would spread, especially from the middle of the week.
The temperatures are therefore rising again in many regions, maximum values on Monday from 23 to 30 degrees.
It is again the hottest on the Main in Lower Franconia, where the 30-degree mark will probably be cracked again and again in the next few days.
It's getting hot again in Bavaria: The DWD predicts temperatures of over 30 degrees again for next week.
The risk of forest fires increases.

Due to drought and heat: risk of forest fires in northern Bavaria reaches the highest level
In northern Bavaria, the drought is still causing problems for nature.
There is therefore still a high risk of forest fires throughout Lower Franconia and in parts of Middle and Upper Franconia, and there does not seem to be an end in sight for the time being.
According to the forest fire index of the DWD, level 4 out of 5 applies. In Kitzingen and in Kahl am Main, the highest level should even be reached in the next few days.
The DWD warns of "very high risk" for several days.
