Mikveh party for a daughter who is getting married: this is how two hours of calm from the rockets were saved in Sderot
After the announcement of a ceasefire, the Malol family went out to celebrate their daughter, Tal, on a Mikveh eve before her wedding.
The family says that they thought the event would not take place, and even planned to hold the canopy inside the protected space.
"We thought everything would be canceled and we were terribly sad"

Before the apparent ceasefire, and after about two hours of relaxation in Sderot, at the Malol family's home in the city, they celebrated the mikvah evening of their house Tal, who will get married tomorrow, this evening (Sunday).
The bride, Tal Malol, said that until two hours ago she was not at all sure that the celebrations would take place.
"We didn't know at all that the eve of mikvah would happen. We weren't even sure about the wedding that was supposed to take place tomorrow in the Negev Guard."

Her father, Yehuda Malol, said that "the event was planned a few months ago, and following the operation we intended to cancel it. It was very sad when we realized that there would be no mikveh evening for our daughter. We thought that everything would be canceled and we were terribly sad."
The father also showed a fragment of an intercepted rocket that fell near his house today.
Iris Malol also said that she was not sure that the event would take place.
According to her, in the last few days they have been in the MMD all the time. "We saw that there was a ceasefire and we decided to hold the event outside," she said. "We are near the protected area and if there is an alarm we will run to it, it is close.
Don't take risks.
We weren't sure about the wedding either.
If there was no ceasefire, we would have only maintained the canopy in a protected place."
