Great emotions at "Bares for Rares." When a dealer Susanne Steiger discovers a lithograph by Marc Chagall, her feelings overwhelm her.

Can she win the bidding war for the picture?

Pulheim – The “Bares for Rares” sellers Andrea and Kilian probably didn’t expect that.

When the mother/son team comes to the Pulheim rolling mill, they only hope for a buyer for their rarity.

Little did they know that they would throw retailer Susanne Steiger into emotional chaos.

Mother and son offer Chagall lithographs at "Bares for Rares".

The picture that the two want to sell is a color lithograph by the Expressionist painter Marc Chagall (1887-1985), as expert Colmar Schulte-Goltz knows.

A multicolored bouquet can be seen in a vase that is placed on the back of a donkey.

In the background, the sun and the moon can be seen next to a couple in love.

The seller's desired price is 300 euros, but that's not enough for Colmar Schulte-Goltz - his expertise in Chagall printing is 500 to 750 euros.

When Susanne Steiger sees the rarity in the dealer's room, she becomes very emotional and jumps for joy.

"Oh my God," the jeweler yells.

"Bares for Rares" fans have never seen the dealer so excited.

Susi immediately explains the reason for her emotional outburst: "You know what?

The picture hung in our mother's bedroom at home.” The Chagall print immediately awakened memories of her childhood.

Of course, the retailer does not want to miss out on the deal and manages to emerge victorious from a bitter battle with her colleagues.

And since nostalgia is known to have its price, Susanne Steiger had to dig deep into her pocket to be able to call Marc Chagall's lithograph her own.

In the end she can be happy about the picture and the sellers Andrea and Kilian about a whopping 1250 euros.

Recently, a couple of sellers made a four-digit sum for a photo of a woman in underwear at "Bares for Rares".
