At least 30 people were killed and 15 seriously injured in terrorist attacks in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo.
And the Agence France-Presse quoted the military governor of Ituri province, Colonel Ciro Simba, as saying in a statement today that several terrorist attacks carried out by rebels suspected of being from the Alliance of Democratic Forces in the province killed more than thirty people and wounded about 15 others.
Since 2017, the Democratic Republic of the Congo has witnessed attacks by armed groups and militias against the background of tribal and ethnic conflicts.
