Prime Minister Yair Lapid and Defense Minister Benny Gantz will make a statement to the media this evening (Monday), at the end of three days of fighting in the "Dawn" operation, which ended with the arrival of the ceasefire with the Islamic Jihad.
According to the IDF, in this period of time the army managed to attack 170 targets of the Islamic Jihad in the Gaza Strip, including senior officials of the organization, military positions and IML warehouses.
In addition, during the three days of the operation, about 1,100 missiles were fired at Israel, of which 380 were intercepted, which is 96% of the total number of missiles that penetrated its territory.
The IDF spokesman stated that according to the data in his possession, there are 35 Palestinian deaths in the IDF shooting operation, 11 of which are not involved.
He also added that there are 15 more dead, who were killed by failed shots by the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
