An accident on the A 94 on Sunday evening shortly after the Schwindegg/Obertaufkirchen junction caused 70,000 euros in damage.
None of the vehicle drivers were injured.
The freeway was temporarily closed to record the accident.
Frauenornau – An accident involving three vehicles occurred on Sunday evening around 8.30 p.m. on the A 94 just after the Obertaufkirchen junction in the direction of Munich.
The freeway was completely closed for a short time.
As reported by the Mühldorf police, a 49-year-old driver from the Dachau district got his van from the left to the right lane due to a brief distraction.
Passers-by had crossed the bridge over the A 94, which irritated him.
He touched the BMW of a 34-year-old from Munich.
The van skidded and collided with a Mercedes that was being driven by a 76-year-old from the Erding district.
Nobody got hurt.
However, there was considerable damage to property totaling around 70,000 euros.
In addition to the fire brigades from Obertaufkirchen and Weidenbach, the motorway maintenance department from Ampfing was also deployed to secure the accident site.
