For thirty-five days, 65 partners and exhibitors presented their solutions for a smart and sustainable city.
IKEA, the world leader in "life at home", wanted to express itself beyond the four walls of the home through various creative and inspiring initiatives.
DM, a place to meet
In Drottninghög, a challenging district of Helsingborg, the blue and yellow brand created DM (like “Do More”).
Partner of cities and unifier of communities, IKEA imagined this new meeting place, which continued after H22: at the same time food market, place of shopping, urban farm,

Skogen
The home is not limited to the four walls of the home, but extends to the outdoor spaces, which we must take care of on a global level.
A modular and mobile forest, with real trees, was installed by IKEA in Skogen, right next to Store 405. Within it, four universities and three winners of a competition presented their solutions for a life in comfortable and durable exterior (cabin design, house in a tree or suspended, etc.).
In Helsingborg, by working closely with the city and residents, IKEA is demonstrating its commitment to the future of living at home.
Beyond its furniture that is both comfortable and stylish, present in millions of homes, IKEA thinks about the habitat within our ecosystems, from a sustainable perspective.
