London museum agrees to return stolen artifacts to Nigerian government

The Horniman Museum and Gardens announces that it will return all the objects that were stolen in 1897 from the kingdom of Benin, Nigeria.

The decision benefits African countries that have struggled to recover cultural pieces seized during the military occupation.
