THE MINISTERS WHO RIGHTEN THE ACCOUNTS OF FRANCE (1/5) - Alongside Henri IV for twelve years, Superintendent Maximilien de Béthune, also known as the Duke of Sully, will launch the reconstruction of the country, wrung out by the wars.
