A serious accident happened in Bavaria.
The driver of a Mercedes lost control of the car, probably at high speed.
Neumarkt-Sankt Veit – Bad news from Sunday evening, August 7th.
A 39-year-old driver died in a serious accident on state road 2086 near Neumarkt-Sankt Veit in Bavaria.
Two children who were also in the car were seriously injured.

According to the police press release, the emergency call was received by the Mühldorf police station at around 10:45 p.m.
Arriving at the scene of the accident, the officials were presented with a picture of the destruction.
A Mercedes driving on state road 2086 in the direction of Massing, district of Rottal-Inn, crashed into a tree.
According to initial findings, the 39-year-old driver of the car probably lost control of the car at high speed and veered off the road.
Then he hit a tree to the left of the road with full force.
The driver and his 9-year-old son were thrown out of the car in the impact.

The 39-year-old succumbed to his injuries on the spot, according to the police report.
In addition to the father and his 9-year-old son, there was also a 17-year-old from Rosenheim in the car.
She was taken to the Munich-Großhadern hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The boy was taken to the Regensburg hospital with serious injuries – but his condition is stable, according to the police.
The Mercedes was a total loss of 10,000 euros.
The public prosecutor's office in Traunstein ordered an expert to the scene of the accident to prepare an expert opinion.
The police are asking witnesses who can say something about the course of the accident to call the officials on (08 63) 1 36 73 0.
