A video of the scene can be seen on the "Freies Heidenau" Facebook group - a voice suggests that the person should represent Economics Minister Robert Habeck (Greens).
A locally known NPD supporter had previously shared it.
With the tasteless staging, right-wing extremists are advertising a registered "street theater" in Heidenau, Saxony, symbolically the process of Habeck is to be made.
The Saxon newspaper reported first.
The verdict is already anticipated in the staged video, where Habeck is to be pilloried.
In their telegram group, the "Free Saxony" also share a posed photo showing Habeck's likeness in a medieval pillory.
At the same time they warn that "of course" the real Habeck is not being presented.
They see the macabre video as being covered by artistic freedom, and the assembly authorities have also approved their theatrical production.
The right-wing extremists describe the planned show process as “something creative”.
The Federal Ministry of Economics is already aware of the video.
"We have reported the video to Facebook for review under the Network Enforcement Act and removal.
We are also checking the facts from a legal point of view," said the ministry at the request of the "Sächsische Zeitung".
In Saxony, Heidenau is considered a core location for right-wing civil protests.
Demonstrations against corona measures have been taking place there regularly for months.
Among other things, the right-wing extremist alliance "Free Saxony" regularly calls for the protests.
At the end of last year, the Saxon police arrested several suspects who are said to have planned murders against Saxony's Prime Minister Michael Kretschmer and other members of the government - the raids also took place in Heidenau.
