On top of that, the Israeli side presented its demands regarding the end of the campaign and made it clear that the detainees of the Islamic Jihad would not be released and that Israel would only agree to "peace for peace".
The Israeli message was conveyed by the Qataris to the leaders of the Islamic Jihad, until the organization agreed to surrender without compensation, on Sunday night.
