Meta has announced the addition of new features to the WhatsApp instant communication application, as part of its continuous attempts to make the experience of using the application easier in light of the intense competition with other applications such as Telegram.
The company's official website stated that the new feature aims to increase the number of users who are able to join WhatsApp groups from 100 to 512 users, in addition to enabling group supervisors and members to know who leaves or exits groups within a period of up to 60 days from the date of exit.
WhatsApp is currently testing a service for Android phones that enables group admins to filter content by deleting messages.
