We always welcome new places, especially if they are interesting and especially if they are about desserts.
This time it's a new and small place that is hidden somewhere in the center of Kfar Saba, it's called "The Broulee" and the main thing, if you haven't figured it out from the name yet - Crème Brule.
This is a kosher dessert shop that pays respect to this hysterical and historical dessert and offers, as part of that respect, a classic crème brûlée alongside it in flavors (pistachio, halvah, passion fruit, and more) and even specials that include various corrupt toppings.
In addition, home kits can be purchased and there is even a "do-it-yourself" kit that comes with a personal burner and the other components needed for assembly.

Behind "Habrulia" stands Michal Ashkenazi Chemal, 31 years old, mother of a baby from Kfar Saba, who made the world of desserts the center of her life quite a few years ago, and the feedback made her stay.
Over time, she began to focus only on crème brûlée, making "burn it yourself" kits for delivery, starring in pop-up stalls in food markets and Happy Thursdays in any company that wanted it.
Now, as mentioned, she jumped into the water with her own place, and it is not certain that it will be the last.
"I have always felt a connection to desserts and sweets, but it took me a while to realize that this is the way I should do it," says Community.
"I started making desserts and sweets of all shapes and colors. Customers enjoyed and came back to buy all the products, but always the crème brûlée attracted the most attention and repeat customers.
