Influencer Malte Zierden is hanging up a giant poster of his brother Wilke in Kassel.

Why do these two keep teasing each other?

Kassel – The Kassel work of art, which is currently getting the most likes on the Internet, is not at the documenta in Kassel, but has been hanging on a house wall in Untere Königsstraße since Thursday.

It is a 7.50 meter by 6.50 meter giant poster, shows a youthful picture of the influencer Wilke Zierden (425,000 Instagram followers) and the saying "Be careful who you annoy".

On Instagram it received more than 70,000 likes yesterday alone, as reported by hna.de.

If you don't understand all this, you will probably be at a loss at the end of this text.

But the banner not far from the Druselturm is pretty funny internet nonsense that the influencer Malte Zierden came up with.

He still has 35,000 more fans than his brother Wilke.

And all of this has a not entirely simple history.

Influencer in Kassel: Wilke Zierden has his own reality show on Vox

The two Internet heroes from East Friesland have been teasing each other for a long time because Malte (29) allegedly lost a kettle from Wilke (35).

The older of the two brothers, who has his own reality TV format on Vox with “Wilkes Welt – ohne Plan zum Traumhaus”, turned on stars like Roberto Blanco and Oli P., who stood up for him.

And at the Deichbrand Festival near Cuxhaven, he presented a not entirely favorable portrait of his brother to the crowd.

Now Malte returned the favor in Kassel with a picture of 16-year-old Wilke.

Basically, the two on TikTok and Instagram do nothing more than comedians in the nineties on RTL.

Except that their jokes don't run on "Saturday Night", but around the clock on the Internet.

Not only teenagers love the two.

Stars like Lena Meyer-Landrut also follow the brothers on Instagram.

You are good at business.

Internet nonsense in Kassel: Malte Zierden is considered an anti-influencer

Malte Zierden became known in 2019 when he documented a stay in the clinic for complicated jaw surgery in funny videos.

However, the Hamburger of choice does not have much to do with influencers who give make-up and fashion tips.

He is involved in social and animal welfare projects and sells fair clothing.

Some celebrate him as an anti-influencer.

When asked how he sees himself, he says modestly: "If you face reality, I'm not much more than a person who works on the Internet." Despite the fame, the student still dreams of becoming one day Working as a child and youth psychotherapist.

documenta in Kassel Reason for the giant poster of the influencer

His brother's picture will be hanging in Kassel until the beginning of September, according to an employee of the East Westphalian advertising company Complac Medienservice, which organized the campaign with the giant poster and chose Kassel as the location - also because of the documenta.

The employee does not reveal how expensive the whole thing was

When Malte Zierden hung the banner on Thursday, he was watched by a dozen fans.

He then visited the documenta.

When he stops in Kassel he usually skates in the Hall of Fame under the A 49 on Giesenallee, which not only has a legendary reputation for him.

Now he was impressed by the halfpipe in the documenta hall.

"It was really nice with you," he says.

Kassel is sure to have a like from Malte Zierden.
