Suspicion of committing an indecent act on a minor in the Arad mall: last Sunday (7.8) a minor, about 11 years old, a resident of Arad, reported to the police that while she was walking around the mall in Arad, she was sexually harassed by someone who she thought belonged to minorities.
The minor managed to take a photo of the suspect, who was wearing a coat and covered his face, and showed the photo to the police who arrived at the scene.
The suspect, a 23-year-old resident of the Abu Karinat settlement, was located and arrested on the spot.
According to him, we may have accidentally touched her, but "she is a beautiful girl".
The suspect's detention was extended until Thursday.
