Leung Shau Kee pointed out that short-term business travelers will usually rest in hotels for a day or two before starting work. Therefore, the 3-day hotel quarantine period is acceptable. There will be a group of business visitors who may not visit Hong Kong, and the number of business visitors to Hong Kong will be lower than before the COVID-19 outbreak.

He pointed out that compared with other international cities, Hong Kong's epidemic prevention policy is too strict, and other cities such as Singapore no longer need to be quarantined, causing Hong Kong to lose a lot of business activities. It is hoped that the SAR government will achieve zero quarantine clearance before November.
