The Directorate of Real Estate Interests in Hama has put into service a modern digital printer at a cost of 250 million pounds to produce maps, topographic and real estate designs with high accuracy and in large sections exceeding 2.5 square meters, at a cost not exceeding 3 thousand pounds, to ease the financial burdens on the auditors.
The director of real estate interests, Eng. Raymond Najjar, told SANA reporter that the directorate was provided with this printer to support the work of the various departments in it and to provide a suitable environment for the production of plans and paper drawings that meet the needs of the directorate, especially survey departments, as well as meet the needs of the auditors to obtain various types of topographical plans and maps that they need in their secretarial transactions or Real estate for various industrial, craft, commercial, agricultural and urban licenses at a cost of 3,000 liras and saving them the trouble, as the cost of printing one map in private offices is 25,000 liras.
Najjar added that the modern digital printer provides real estate and topographic drawing services for all town and city councils in the governorate, which need maps of large sections in the topographic plans.
