Even on the fourth day after his disappearance from the Brass Wiesn in Eching, there has been no sign of life from the 25-year-old.

A large-scale police operation took place in Eching on Tuesday to find the young man from Eichenried in the municipality of Moosinning (district of Erding).

The starting point and focus of the search for missing persons was the immediate Brass Wiesn festival area.

Dreiseitel was last seen at the campsite there around 11 p.m. before the area had to be cleared due to a storm.

Since then there has been no trace of him.

“Today we search until we are exhausted”

"We turn every stone, look under every tarpaulin and every tent and today we're looking until we're exhausted," says police spokesman Andreas Aichele from the Oberbayern Nord police headquarters in Ingolstadt, describing the strategy and route for the operation on Tuesday.

On the basis of an action plan from the premises, he explained the procedure to the numerous media representatives present in the morning and patiently answered the questions.

Among others, recording teams from Bayrischer Rundfunk, ARD, Bild, Radio Gong, SAT1 and RTL were on site.

Alexander Wolff, organizer of the Brass Wiesn, where up to 20,000 people celebrated with beer and brass band music over the weekend, was also present at the beginning of the search operation.

He was visibly shocked: "We are totally appalled.

Everything that has to do with our festival is completely secondary.”

Search for Tobias: Helicopter with thermal imaging camera in action

"The search is in full swing," said Aichele into the microphones of the press representatives.

The site and the surrounding area were flown over several times with drones and helicopters with thermal imaging cameras, and not just on Tuesday night.

But these actions have not been crowned with success so far.

"You can't see everything from above," explained Aichele.

That's why they decided to search the site again.

A total of 70 emergency services from Nuremberg and Ingolstadt were involved in the close-meshed, structured and meticulous measure on Tuesday.

Around 20 police officers combed the - still - untidy camping site, "on which it looks like a tornado," says Aichele.

Another squad roamed the green spaces on and in the TSV grounds and the parking lot area at Echinger See.

The search was also extended to the adjacent overgrown areas, especially the wooded areas to the south and east of the festival site.

"We're following up on a large number of leads," reports Aichele.

However, so far there has not been a hot lead.
