Another French luxury: DS4 is here

The new DS4 is launched in Israel.

The new generation is based on the familiar EMP2 platform of Peugeot and Citroen.

Unlike its predecessor, the new DS4 seeks to compete both with luxury compacts (say Audi A3) and to attract buyers from the premium segment of leisure vehicles (BMW X1 for example).

The sportier trim level is called 'Performance Line' and it is also powered by the 1.6 L turbo engine producing 225 hp.

Here you can find an electric driver's seat with memories, integrated Alcantara upholstery with a matching logo, aluminum pedals, black 19-inch rims and more.

The third version of DS4 is called 'Cross' and it comes in the 'Rivoli' trim level.

Among the most, you can choose here between three types of interior finish, active suspensions using a camera, matrix headlights, electric opening for the trunk also operated with the foot, a panoramic glass roof and more.

In addition, the car seats come as standard with black leather upholstery and there is the option of choosing light grained leather or brown leather with a smooth finish.

Prices start at 219,000 shekels for the Trocadero, rising to 229,000 shekels for the performance version, with the plug-in hybrid versions priced at 249,000 shekels and 279,000 shekels for the Trocadero and Rivoli respectively.
