Maxim Boyakevich, Deputy Russian Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, stressed that the lack of response by the organization's leadership to the war crimes of the Kyiv regime, whose number is doubling every day, tarnishes its reputation.
Russia's RIA Novosti news agency quoted Boyakevich as saying in a special meeting of the OSCE Council: "He did not hear a word of condemnation from the OSCE against the Kyiv regime, which arranged a mass execution without trial of its soldiers who decided to lay down their arms," noting that Kyiv's forces attacked Detention center in Yelinovka, Donetsk People's Republic, 50 Ukrainian soldiers were killed and 73 others were wounded.
Last Friday, Russian Deputy Representative to the United Nations, Dmitry Polyansky, confirmed that the Ukrainian regime was not ready for serious negotiations on settling the conflict, describing the conditions put forward by the Kyiv authorities as "ridiculous."
