Carlo Bonomi, the voice of Pingu, the little plasticine penguin of the "Club Dorothée", died on August 6 in Mila, at the age of 85, reports the media RaiNews.
Appeared in 1990 in the TF1 program dedicated to children and disappeared in 2006 (even if we saw him again on the screens until 2012), Pingu was an adventurous and grumpy Antarctic penguin.
He played around with his sister Pinga and often argued with his parents, using onomatopoeia and... Milanese dialect.

Carlo Bonomi, born in 1937 and originally from Lombardy, also lent (1971 - 1986) his voice to the character of
La Linea
, an animated series broadcast in France on TF1 in "L'Île aux enfants" then on France 3 in " Harlock Generation”.
In this program, a white line constantly changed shapes to give life to the main character and the adventures he encountered on his way.
On the other side of the Alps, Carlo Bonomi was also Mickey Mouse, as well as many advertising characters for the Findus or Ferrero brands.
In 1985 he had recorded the announcements of Milan Central Station and Florence Santa Maria Novella Station, used until 2008.
