What are the conditions for receiving the exceptional back-to-school bonus?
Parliament decided during the examination of the 2022 amending finance bill. The bonus will be paid to beneficiaries of social minima, including the active solidarity income, the disabled adult allowance, the specific solidarity allowance and the solidarity allowance for the elderly.
Beneficiaries of personalized housing aid and scholarship students are also on the list of eligible French people.

However, the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty specifies on its website that recipients of the activity bonus are also concerned.
In all, the exceptional back-to-school bonus will be paid to 10.8 million households, including 8 million beneficiaries of social minima and 2.8 million of the activity bonus.
How much is the premium and when will it be paid?
The amount of the premium will be 100 euros per household, to which will be added 50 euros per child.
This amount will be paid automatically to beneficiaries of social minima, APL and scholarship students.
For recipients of the activity bonus, the amount has yet to be defined.

".

The date of payment of the bonus will be specified in a decree which will be released in the coming weeks, certainly in September
," adds the Ministry of Finance.
The envelope of this aid is close to a total of 1.1 billion euros.
What is the difference with the back-to-school allowance?
If there is enough to get lost between the two aids, the exceptional back-to-school bonus may be added to the back-to-school allowance.
This will be paid on August 16 to families, subject to means, and aims to exclusively finance the start of the school year.
To benefit from the aid, the resources of the families, for the year 2020, must not exceed 25,370 euros for one child, 31,225 euros for two children, 37,080 euros for three children and 42,935 euros for four children, details the site. of the Family Allowance Fund.
