James Franco speaks out on allegations of sexual misconduct 1:59

There is at least one person who wants to see James Franco playing Fidel Castro.
Alina Fernández, the daughter of the Cuban dictator who died in 2016, told Deadline that she supports Franco's choice to play her father in the upcoming independent film "Alina of Cuba."
"James Franco bears an obvious physical resemblance to Fidel Castro in addition to his abilities and charisma," he told the publication.
James Franco was chosen to play Fidel Castro in an independent film about the life of his daughter Alina.
Franco's casting in the role drew public protest from some, including actor John Leguizamo, because Franco is not Latino.
"How is it possible that this keeps happening? How is it that Hollywood excludes us but also steals our narratives?" Leguizamo posted on his verified Instagram account.
"No more Hollywood grab and streamers! Boycott! This is s***!" he wrote.
"Plus a seriously difficult story to tell without hype, which would be wrong! I have no problem with Franco, but he's not Latino."

The film tells the story of Fernández, who was born as a result of a love affair between Cuban-born socialite Natalia "Naty" Revuelta and Castro.
"I'm sure that Mia Maestro, an actress I admire, will understand and interpret Naty, my mother, in a unique way and I can't wait to see her build her character," Fernandez told Deadline.
"The project is almost entirely Latino, both in front of and behind the camera," he added.
