Ingredients
3 cups rice crackers
¾ peanut butter
teaspoon of vanilla extract
¼ cup maple
For coating:
200 grams dark chocolate
2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Preparation
How do you make homemade energy bars?
1 In a bowl, melt the peanut butter and maple together in the microwave in pulses of 30 seconds.
2 Add the vanilla and rice crackers to the bowl and mix well.
3 Align in a not large rectangular pan with baking paper at the bottom and fasten well.
4 Transfer to the freezer for at least half an hour.
5 Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and pour on top.
6 Cool again and slice into cubes.
7 Keep in a sealed box in the refrigerator until serving.
