The Office of Judicial Expertise in the Ministry of Justice announced the start of registration in the list of specialists for the year 2023, starting from Sunday, 9/18-2022, until the end of official working hours on Thursday, 10-2022.
According to a statement published by the ministry, which SANA received a copy of, it is required that the person wishing to register in the experts’ list in 2023 be a Syrian Arab or someone of the like, enjoying his civil rights, not convicted of a felony or a heinous misdemeanour, free of communicable diseases and impairments that prevent him from carrying out the tasks that will be entrusted to him, and that he be He has a fixed domicile in the governorate in which he will practice the work of expertise, unless the required experience in the governorate is in one of the areas of specialization that requires special technical knowledge, and the registered number of experts does not meet the need.
The book states that the candidate is also required to have practiced work in his specialty for at least five years and hold one of the Syrian certificates or its equivalent or other certificates to be determined by a decision of the minister in coordination with the competent minister. Undergraduate studies in the specialty after completing the university education stage.
The book also stipulated that the candidate should not be expelled or isolated from any work in the state and should have the approval of the entity he works for if he is a state worker with his recommendation as an expert or possess a license to practice the profession if the candidate is a real estate appraisal expert covered by the provisions of Law 8 of 2012 As well as a document from the Association of Chartered Accountants for accountancy experts in case the candidate is affiliated with the Association.
Regarding the method of applying, the book indicated that the person wishing to register must submit to the Subcommittee for the Selection of Experts a subscription request from the publications of the Cooperation Fund in the Ministry of Justice, containing the following information: full name, residence, phone number, type of experience with which he wishes to register, and the documents previously mentioned within the specified period.
