The poetic morning activities, which were held today at the Cultural Center in Sheikh Badr Battous, included reciting a group of lyrical, sentimental and patriotic poems presented by poets Fadi Hassan, Youssef Khalil and Waad Sobh.
The poet Youssef Muhammad Khalil presented three poems: “I Still Write” and “Oh Night” and a lyrical poem entitled “The Story of a Rose,” explaining in his statement to SANA that he finds his talent in free prose texts that open up horizons of freedom for his poetry.
As for the poet Fadi Hassan, he recited patriotic patriotic poems related to the love of the Levant and its soil and the history of the Arab nation, as well as lyrical poems that mimic reality and its reflections on this generation and flirt with the female in general, whether it is the mother land or the woman.
Al-Asbouhah concluded with a diverse bouquet of poetry by the poet Waad Sobh, which she started with a poem dedicated to the Syrian Arab Army from balanced vertical poetry entitled “The Army of Dignity,” in addition to some sentimental and flirtatious poems in eloquent vertical poetry, which are “Do not keep away love,” “Riyaa” and spoken flirtatious poems.
